A B2B product, not available on app marketplace.

Business travel booking is not that easy as it may look.

It has to go through a formal and lengthy procedure.

About

This is a comprehensive business travel booking solution designed to cater the complex needs of large enterprises. It allows users to book flights, hotels, trains, buses, and cars with add-on facilities like travel insurance, foreign-exchange and cab/taxi. It has a streamlined process and supports post usages like reimbursement.

Problem statement

“Primarily, we want to enhance the experience of our end consumers and make the product best in its class. For this, we need to re-design the entire portal, starting with flights and hotels."

"The current product is functionally working but it was not serving competitive design and user experience as compare the market. It may has various design issues since it was not designed by professional designers."

Scope

Initially, the scope was to re-design the portal for flights and hotels booking but in the middle of the project the client added bus, train, car, insurance, forex, airport taxi and car rentals.
